			10.3	Authorize the Interim Utilities Director to negotiate a contract with the approved consultant for engineering design services for the US-12 Sewer Project at a cost not to exceed $40,000, subject to Township Attorney approval.
			10.4	Approve relocation and expansion of a conservation easement for the outlots at State Street Crossing (CSPA 18-26).
