			10.5	Authorize the Supervisor and Clerk to enter into an Agreement with the Washtenaw County Road Commission to install a mast arm traffic signal at the Ann Arbor-Saline and Oak Valley intersection for a cost not to exceed $97,025, subject to Township Attorney approval.
			10.6	Authorize the Supervisor and Clerk to enter into an Agreement with the Washtenaw County Road Commission for dust control on township gravel roads for an estimated cost of $8,055.00, subject to Township Attorney approval.
			10.7	Adopt a Resolution to Apply for Grant Funding for Improvements to Montibeller Park, Resolution #20-13

In compliance with Governor of Michigan's Executive Orders 2020-15 and 2020-21, the Pittsfield Township Board will conduct its March 25, 2020 meeting electronically. Public participation at the March 25, 2020 Board of Trustees meeting will be via teleconference only in order to reduce the risk of exposure to persons with the COVID-19 virus and to comply with Executive Order 2020-21's restrictions on in-person governmental functions.

Further instructions on participating in public comment will be provided once the meeting has been called to order in order to ensure two-way communication between the board and the members of the public.
