			11.1	Authorize payment to Robertson-Morrison Inc. to replace the air handling and condensing unit at the Pittsfield Township Administration Building, for a cost not to exceed $180,000 including contingency
			11.2	Authorize the Supervisor and Clerk to enter into an Agreement with Fonson Company, Inc., low bidder, for the construction of three non-motorized pedestrian improvements (Addington Lane, Pittsfield Glen and Lohr Road) for a cost not to exceed $475,002.91, subject to Township Attorney approval
			11.3	Approve the processing of the 2023 Notices of Assessment, Taxable Valuation and Property Classification, STC Form L-4400, at an estimated printing cost of $2,223 with a postage cost of $5,840, for a total cost not to exceed $8,100
