			11.3	Authorize the Supervisor and Clerk to enter into a leaf-collection Service Agreement with TJ's Services, Inc. for Oak Hill Subdivision for a cost not to exceed $13,500/year, subject to Township Attorney approval
			11.4	Authorize the Supervisor and Clerk to enter into an Agreement with Stantec Consulting Michigan Inc., for design and construction engineering services related to the Packard Road Water Main Replacement Project, for an amount not to exceed $110,000 subject to Township Attorney approval
			11.5	Approve payment to Score Sports in the amount of $5642.13 for the purchase of soccer uniforms for the Spring Recreation Soccer Program.

To consult with the Township Attorneys regarding trial or settlement strategies in the case of Geddes et al v Pittsfield Twp, Washtenaw County Circuit Ct. Case No. 21-000547-CZ
