| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND:
The current air handling unit and condensing system is twenty-seven years old. The air handler has rusted out and is currently dumping condensate water on the floor in the mechanical room. The new system is a like for like replacement. We sent out three requests to bid and received two proposals. One from Boone & Darr for $194,000.00, and one from Robertson-Morrison for $176,985.00. Both companies are well qualified and both companies are located in Pittsfield Township. There is currently a 45 week wait for delivery of the air handler unit. |
