| Authorize the Supervisor and Clerk to enter into an agreement with Robertson Morrison, Inc. to replace four gas unit heaters in the garage at 701 W. Ellsworth Road, for a cost not to exceed $14,500.00, subject to Township Attorney approval

The current heaters appear to be original from when the garage was constructed in the late sixties. During a service check the units were found to be in poor condition and in need of replacement. The Township received three proposals from qualified companies and Robertson Morrison, Inc. was the low bidder. The proposals were as follows, Robertson Morrison ($14,500), Boone & Darr, Inc. ($15,500), and Hutzel Plumbing & Heating ($16,720). |
