| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND:
This request comes via the Pittsfield Glen Homeowners Association, who have requested that the Township provide for safe pedestrian access to the Platt Textile Greenway. Working with the Washtenaw County Road Commission for viability, design, and access we are recommending proceeding with the engineering work for a cost not to exceed $20,000. The estimated construction cost, at this time, is about $95,000, which will need to be approved by the Board once the project has been bid for construction currently estimated for spring 2023. |
