| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND:
The applicant received final site plan approval for 64 townhome style apartments to be developed at three (3) parcels on Waters Road. Fifteen (15) of the proposed units will be 2-story with front entry garages. The remaining 49 units will be 3-story units with 2-car garages. Other site improvements include stormwater detention pond, center green, and onsite wetland mitigation. |
