Adopt a Resolution to Approve Placement of the Street Lighting Special Assessment Districts on the 2022 Tax Roll, Resolution #22-36 |
| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND:
Pursuant to Act 188, Public Acts of Michigan of 1954, as amended, the Board has the power and authority to exercise the powers granted by said Act 188 with respect to providing street lighting to the public streets within the Township. This Board has designated the special assessment districts against which the annual operating cost of the street lighting is to be assessed, in order to defray the annual energy and maintenance costs of each streetlight. |
