WHEREAS, the Township Board has adopted the Pittsfield Charter Township Code; and

WHEREAS, Chapter 2, Article III, Division 2 of the Pittsfield Charter Township Code establishes the office of Ordinance Enforcement Officer and provides for appointments to that office by resolution of the Township Board;

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Pittsfield Charter Township Board hereby appoints the following individuals to the office of Ordinance Enforcement Officer, and confers upon them the powers and duties of that office, for enforcement of the Pittsfield Charter Township Code on behalf of the Pittsfield Department of Building Safety:

Pittsfield Building Officials and regular inspectors: Kurt Weiland, Chris Svihra, Steve Colliau, Lisa Smerek, Frank Daniels, John Shores, Mariano Sastre and Larry Stevens;

Building Departments: Washtenaw County Building Department, Ypsilanti Charter Township Building Department, Superior Charter Township Building Department;

And individual contract inspectors: John Hamlin (building), Pete Power (plumbing), Warren Wisner (plumbing & mechanical), Rick Mayernik (building, mechanical & plumbing), Ivory Sims (plumbing & mechanical), Don Schnettler (building & electrical), John Diefenbacher (building), John Douglas (mechanical), Lenny Czinski (plumbing & mechanical), Michael Ormsby (electrical), Mike Cox (electrical), Stephen Brown (electrical), Rick Plisko (electrical), Craig Strong (building), Thomas Toth (building), and Code Enforcement Services.
