| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND:
As a part of the approved construction plan for the Uptown Ann Arbor development located at the corner of Ann Arbor-Saline Road and Oak Valley Drive, new water and sewer infrastructure was installed. The extension of the water and sewer main will serve more than one property. This was determined by the Director of Utilities, with the advisement of the Township Attorney, that these easements are classified as a Public Water and Sewer Easements. No monetary consideration. The easement's sole purpose it to allow Pittsfield Charter Township access to new infrastructure for maintenance, repairs and access for future use of the water and sanitary sewer service. Pittsfield Charter Township's Utilities Department will have the obligation to maintain and repair all infrastructure within these easements. |
