| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND:
The Pittsfield Township Planning Commission and Board of Trustees have followed the requisite steps as set forth in the State of Michigan Planning Enabling Act to approve the Preserving Pittsfield Master Plan.
The Township received two letters during the 63-day public comment period (Attachment #2). Those letters were forwarded and considered by the Planning Commission as part of their deliberation. On July 21, 2022, the Pittsfield Charter Township Planning Commission held a public hearing where public comments were received and considered.
On July 21, 2022, the Pittsfield Charter Township Planning Commission unanimously moved to recommend approval of the Preserving Pittsfield Master Plan as drafted without any modifications. |
