A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A COMPENSATION INCREASE FOR NON-UNION EMPLOYEES EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2022

At a Regular Meeting of the Township Board of Pittsfield Charter Township, Washtenaw County, Michigan, located at the Township Administration Building, 6201 W. Michigan Avenue, in said Township, on December 8, 2021 at 6:30 PM.

| | | | | | | | WHEREAS, The Board of Trustees approved compensation increases to the IAFF bargaining unit on December 8, 2021 through Resolution #21-62, the POAM bargaining unit on December 8, 2021 through Resolution #21-63, the POLC-Command bargaining unit on December 8, 2021 through Resolution #21-64, and the TPOAM bargaining unit on December 8, 2021 through Resolution #21-65, as a result of the collective bargaining negotiations, and
WHEREAS, In keeping with the value of parity of treatment to all employees a similar compensation increase of 5% will also be extended to all non-union employees; and |
| | | | | | | | NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Pittsfield Charter Township Board of Trustees authorizes the compensation increase of 5% for all Class I Full-Time, Non-Union employees dated December 8, 2021 and effective January 1, 2022. |
