| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND:
Before the Board is an Affordable Housing Agreement for the Apartments on Clark project. The Board approved the PUD ordinance amendment (ZOA 21-216) and approved the first reading of the PILOT ordinance (Ord. 335) on August 11, 2021. The Affordable Housing Agreement is the next step toward full and final approval of the project and the required ordinances and agreements. The August 11 Memorandum to the Board is attached as background. |
