In accordance with ACT 34, Public Acts of Michigan, 2001 as amended ("Act 34"), on September 8, 2021 the Board of Trustees authorized the Clerk to publish a Notice of Intent in the Ann Arbor News, to issue bonds for the US-12 Wastewater Improvements Project in an amount not to exceed $30,000,000.00. |
