| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND:
On June 9, 2021, the Board of Trustees recommended approval of a liquor license for Zone Entertainment. The State Department Licensing and Regulatory Affairs is withholding the Application because the name submitted to the Township does not match legal name of the entity. The name supplied to the Township by the Applicant omitted “LTD” at the end of the Applicant name. To correct this error, the name appearing in the Resolution, Local Approval Form, and Operating Agreement needs to be corrected to “Zone Entertainment LTD” and resigned with a new date. |
