Pittsfield Charter Township intends to issue and sell general obligation capital improvement bonds, in one or more series, pursuant to Act 34, Public Acts of Michigan, 2001, as amended (“Act 34”), in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed Thirty Million Dollars ($30,000,000), for the purpose of paying all or part of the cost related to the US-12 Wastewater Infrastructure project. |
