Authorize the Supervisor and Clerk to enter into an Easement Agreement with Bestech4, LLC for establishing easements over the water main, subject to Township Attorney approval. |
| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND:
With the construction of Bestech4, LLC, located at 3858 Bestech Drive, new water infrastructure was installed. The extension of the water main will serve more than one property, Thus, it was determined by the Director of Utilities, with the advisement of the Township Attorney, that this easement was classified as a Public Water Easement. Pittsfield Charter Township's Utilities Department will have the obligation to maintain and repair all infrastructure within these easements.
