| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND:
On December 12, 2018, the Board of Trustees approved Pacific Industrial Development Corporation, 4788 Runway Boulevard, for an Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate in the amount of $8,000,000 for real property and $4,600,000 for personal property for twelve (12) years. The Township received documentation in July 2021 that Pacific Industrial Development Corporation will not be building the proposed 40,000 sq. ft. tech center. We are requesting that certificate #2019-013 be revoked by the State Tax Commission per MCL 207.565(2), because completion of the new facility located at 4788 Runway Boulevard, Ann Arbor, MI 48103 will not occur within two years after the effective date of the certificate. |

No impact.
IMPACT ON TOWNSHIP'S BUDGET:
The revocation of the certificate would be effective on December 31st of the year in which the State Tax Commission revokes the certificate.

No impact.
IMPACT ON OTHER TOWNSHIP DEPARTMENTS OR OUTSIDE AGENCIES:
Assessing Department and Treasurer’s Office will complete additional items regarding assessments and tax roll.
