Approve payment to Michael Andrews Concrete L.L.C. for emergency road restoration efforts to Carpenter Road as a result of a water main break, for a cost not to exceed $5,950. |
| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND:
An emergency repair to the water main, located on Carpenter Road just north of Packard Road, required the excavation of the Carpenter Road southbound travel lane. Due to the high volume of traffic on Carpenter road, the Washtenaw Country Road Commission (WCRC) required emergency repairs to the concrete to reopen the travel lane. Michael Andrews Concrete L.L.C. performed the work necessary to replace the concrete and base to WCRC standards. |
