Authorize the Director of Community Development and Township Attorney to pursue the proposed donation of parcel L -12-27-400-001 from BP River Rouge Pipeline Company LLC. |
| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND:
On June 9, 2021, the Board of Trustees authorized the Supervisor and Clerk to enter into a Permitted Facilities Agreement with BP River Rouge Pipeline Company LLC (BP) for the construction of a non-motorized path through BP's property. During the process of finalizing the agreement, BP proposed a donation of parcel L -12-27-400-001, whereby they would retain rights to access the parcel for the maintenance of their pipeline.
At this time we are seeking authorization from the Board of Trustees to pursue the proposed donation. A formal donation approval request will follow, if recommended. |
