Authorize the Supervisor and Clerk to enter into a Permitted Facilities Agreement with BP River Rouge Pipeline Company LLC (BP) for the construction of a non-motorized path through BP's property, subject to Township Attorney approval. |
| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND:
As part of the Platt Road Greenway Project Phase II, the Township needs to secure approval from BP River Rouge Pipeline Company LLC for access to their right of way and easement. This Agreement provides the Township access to the easement, allowing for the construction of a ten-foot wide non-motorized pathway alongside Platt Road. |
