Authorize the Supervisor and Clerk to enter into an Easement Agreement with ALDI Food Market for establishing easements over the water and sewer mains, subject to Township Attorney approval. |
| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND:
With the construction of the ALDI Food Market, located at 3113 Carpenter Road, new water and sanitary sewer infrastructure was installed at the site to solely serve the water and sewer needs of ALDI Food Market. Thus, it was determined by the Director of UMS with the advisement of the Township Attorney that these easements are classified as Private Water and Sewer Easements. Property owners will have the obligation to maintain and repair all infrastructure in these easements. |
