Authorize the Supervisor and Clerk to enter into an Agreement with General Code for hosting and maintaining the Township Zoning Ordinance, for an amount not to exceed $9,000, subject to Township Attorney approval. |
| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND:
The Township Zoning Ordinance is currently designed and updated by Carlisle/Wortman Associates. The Township Code of Ordinances is currently hosted and updated by General Code. In order to streamline the ordinance process and have more cohesion between the Zoning Ordinance and the Code of Ordinances, General Code will host and update both on the same platform. |

IMPACT ON TOWNSHIP'S BUDGET:
General Code will transfer the existing Zoning Ordinance to their web-based platform at a cost not to exceed $9,000.
