| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND:
Hart Intercivic is the state authorized vendor for election equipment (scans and accessible touch writer). As part of the contract, all municipalities are required to pay the service an annual maintenance fee for years 6-10 starting in August of 2021. In addition to benefiting from the discounted price secured by Washtenaw County, the Township successfully acquired an additional discount of 10 percent (as reflected in the invoice) for paying this in lump sum. |
