| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND:
The township uses independent inspectors to supplement the full-time inspection staff. Over the years this has primarily been used for trade inspections: electrical, plumbing, and mechanical. Since 2008, we have paid $30 per inspection. With the large volume of inspections that Pittsfield Township has to offer, we have been able to pay on the lower end of the scale. Corporate contract inspection services are currently charging $81 per inspection. |
