Authorize the Supervisor and Clerk to enter into an Agreement with Rehmann Robson, LLC for the purpose of performing the financial audit for the year ending December 31, 2020 in an amount not to exceed $43,300, subject to Township Attorney approval. |
| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND:
This is a request for payment for the Township’s required annual audit. The cost for the regular audit has increased 2.7% amounting to $37,300. There is an additional cost of a “Single Audit” amounting to $5,500 (total cost of $43,300). The Single Audit is required this year due to the level of grant funding received by the Township in 2020. |
