Authorize the Washtenaw County Road Commission to enter into a contract in the amount of $238,735.88 for Construction Engineering Services for PRG II, subject to township Attorney approval. |
| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND:
Previously approved at the regularly scheduled Board of Trustees meeting on May 27, 2020, the Board authorized the the township to enter into an agreement with Washtenaw County for the Platt Road Greenway Phase 2 project. As stated in this agreement, Pittsfield Township is responsible for all costs associated with this project. Article 1.4.2, describes that the Washtenaw County Road Commission may enter into a contract with an MDOT pre-qualified engineering consultant to perform construction engineering services on the project. |
