RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH AN ALTERNATIVE DATE AND TIME
FOR THE 2020 DECEMBER BOARD OF REVIEW
December 9, 2020
At a Regular Meeting of the Township Board of Pittsfield Charter Township, Washtenaw County, Michigan, held at the Township Administration Building located at 6201 W. Michigan Avenue, in said Township, on December 9, 2020 at 6:30 PM.

| | | | | | | | WHEREAS, the laws of the State of Michigan regulate the meeting schedule for the December Board of Review for general law townships throughout the State, the December Board of Review meets on the Tuesday following the second Monday in December; and
WHEREAS, a provision through PA 122 of 2008 amended MCL 211.53b and State Tax Commission Bulletins 19 and 21 of 2020 provides the authority to establish an alternative starting date approved by resolution of the assessment jurisdiction’s governing body, but the alternative date must be during this same week; |
| | | | | | | | NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the township Board of Trustees authorizes an alternative date for the 2020 December Board of Review. The December Board of Review is to meet on Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at 1 p.m. |
