Approve retroactively inspection coverage for the month of August by Code Enforcement Services for all mechanical and plumbing inspections, for a cost not to exceed $37,884. |
| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND:
The township's Mechanical/Plumbing Inspector's last day was June 1, 2020. Code Enforcement Services, who has been doing our commercial plan reviews for over twenty years, has agreed to provide inspection coverage until the township can hire a replacement. |

IMPACT ON TOWNSHIP'S BUDGET:
There is increase in the per inspection cost but a decrease in salaries and benefits cost, so that it comes close to being even.
