| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND:
The developer of Meadows at Arbor Ridge Phase 2, Lombardo Homes, contacted Pittsfield Township with a request to install streetlights in Phase 2 of the subdivision, where presently no streetlights exist.
Pittsfield Township requested DTE Energy to provide a proposal and cost estimate to furnish and install street lighting equipment in Meadows at Arbor Ridge Phase 2. DTE Energy has proposed nine 72W LED colonial fixtures on direct buried 14’ fiberglass posts, at a cost of $21,059.
Lombardo Homes has provided payment in full to the township for the installation of the streetlights, allowing us to proceed with establishing a Special Assessment District (SAD) for the streetlights operating cost, estimated at $2,435 annually, which will be paid for by the residents of Meadows at Arbor Ridge Phase 2. |
