| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND:
The Briar Hill Homeowners Association (HOA) contacted Pittsfield Township with a request to upgrade three existing streetlights in the Briar Hill Subdivision to 39W LED acorn fixtures, mounted on 14' fiberglass poles. The conversion to energy efficient LED fixtures will provide for a reduction in annual energy and maintenance charges to the residents.
The full cost of the upgrade project will be paid for by the Briar Hill HOA, with annual energy and maintenance costs funded through the subdivision's existing street lighting Special Assessment Districts. |
