| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND:
A Special Events Permit Application has been submitted to the township by the Chad Tough Foundation to hold a fund raising event on September 26, 2020. The race will take place from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Campus Parkway and Community Drive in Pittsfield Charter Township. The Chad Tough Foundation is requesting permission to close Campus Parkway and Community Drive between the hours of 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM to allow time for the event, set-up, and tear-down. The Chad Tough Foundation is seeking authorization from the Board, as required per Public Act of 200 of 1969 - Driveways, Banners, and Parades, in order to obtain a Road Closure Permit from the Washtenaw County Road Commission for this event. |
